- Candace Jordan began her career at age 13 in St. Louis, Missouri, as the youngest fashion coordinator in the history of major retailer Famous-Barr. At age 19, she became a Bunny at the St. Louis Playboy Club and was quickly promoted to the Chicago Playboy Club, the center of Playboy Enterprises. She was named Chicago’s 1976 Playboy Bunny of the Year and December 1979 Playmate. As one of Chicago’s top models in the late ‘70s and throughout the ‘80s, Ms. Jordan appeared on over 20 magazine covers, had a role in Risky Business with Tom Cruise and a billboard in Times Square. Today, she's involved with numerous charities including the Joffrey Ballet Women’s Board (where she served as vice president) and the PAWS development board among others. She is the Chicago Tribune’s social columnist, hosts her own show, “Candid Candace Chicago” on Watch312.com and blogs for Chicago Now.
