Hair It Is!

The Image Studios asked a lot of detailed questions about my hair care routine, which I had never really thought about. Then, they spent several visits teaching me the best ways to care for my hair so I can achieve a "healthy" head of hair and a healthy look that's easy for me to manage with my lifestyle. I must admit, it's really working. How do I know? I get a ton of compliments, it takes me 10 minutes to "do my hair" in the morning. I have a pretty easy wash and style routine several times a week. Turns out my dry hair needs water--not oil or grease! Go figure!
Now I can go to the gym, sweat, swim wear golf hats on the course and my hair is still manageable.
Success!
My question is: I have had a love/hate relationship with my hair for 40+ years. Why is it so much easier now?
~Ellen
Ellen,
It is so much easier now because you are capable of doing your own hair. You have always been capable, but over the years many, many stylists capitalized on your "hair hatred."
No more! Now you understand your hair and what it needs. Together, we found a style that fits your lifestyle, hair texture and budget. You have been taught how to use your styling tools. The products you have really work for your hair. Many myths have been dispelled: We determined which of your hair challenges were "hereditary" and un-solvable: NONE OF THEM! And we plugged you into resources like Dr. Jonith Breadon to address your easily manageable skin and scalp challenges. Your hair stylists have had neither the time nor motivation to do the aforementioned -- so you disliked your hair and failed at recreating the "finished product" at home.
Your hair is your crowing glory - enjoy it and please pass on what you have learned.
