How Rahm Emanuel Should Spend his Campaign Cash
Dear Readers,
Tens of millions of dollars are about to be spent to elect somebody our next mayor.
For the women of Chicago, this choice is literally a lifesaving (or not) one.
For my part, I think there are much better ways to spend the money than on tv ads, campaign flyers, expensive consultants and the like. For instance, the campaign cash could be, instead, change for Chicago we can believe in cash.
