NBC's Green Plate Club

The pictures say it all: This is a spectacular fall for the bounty of fruits and vegetables we are seeing at local farmers' markets.

We have launched the production of NBC'S Green Plate Club, and I want to share the adventure with my readers. The show starts in the farms, then follow the produce back into a great chef's kitchen, treck around the city to uncover some eco-friendly initiative and then finish up with a cooking segment using the seasonal ingredients we've seen earlier.
