
I’m reading For Women First and the front cover of the magazine denotes that capsaicin makes fat cells self-destruct. The article states that capsaicin found in hot chili peppers, Tabasco sauce and jalopenos works similar to ephedra without harming your heart. But if you have a tender stomach, eating these food items is certainly not a good idea. All one needs to do is to ingest 3g per day or 3,000mg of capsaicin to actively burn ‘brown’ fat. I have a dear friend who is totally addicted to Tabasco and consumes it daily. He’s lean as can be and puts capsaicin on everything. So here’s the question: How many of the women reading this blog would offer their bodies up for ‘capsaicin science’ and take 3g daily for one month to burn fat fast? Let me know.
