City Winery Hosts a Unique “Dinner Party”

This is a dinner party that you don’t want to miss! Plan to eat, drink, be merry and be entertained.

Fear No Art’s Elysabeth Alfano hosts a unique dinner party with an unscripted conversation on Monday, November 25, at 7pm on stage at City Winery (1200 West Randolph Street). Stage guests include author Scott Turow (book signing after dinner), Burlesque dancer Michelle L’Amour, and Sound Opinions’ Jim DeRogatis. Be a part of the action – purchase a ticket and join the live audience (175 attendees) while enjoying appetizers and an entree prepared by chef Heather Terhune of Sable Kitchen and Bar, music by Jazz singer Kimberly Gordon and sketches by Fashion Illustrator Rosemary Fanti.

Chef Terhune will whip up a fancy feast of 3 Sisters Toasted Oats Risotto with mushroom, spinach, fennel and herbs, along with grilled pork belly from Slagel Farms, roasted butternut squash puree, maple gastrique with crispy kale. If pork is not your top choice, a vegetarian option will be available. You must make the request in advance. There’s more…much more to tempt you – wine pairings from City Winery, Voss Artesian Water, DAVIDsTEA and Vosges Chocolate.

Tweet in a question for the guests on stage (@CityWineryCHI) and be automatically entered in to a drawing for top prizes. Questions will be answered during the show. Tickets are available for $40.00 at City Winery.
