Common Threads celebrated its seventh annual World Festival and the 10th anniversary.

Candid Candace Chicago, hosted by Candace Jordan on Watch312.com, allows viewers to catch a glimpse of what the city’s ‘who’s who’ are up to. Ms. Jordan takes you behind the scenes at the anniversary celebration for Common Threads, a non-profit, after school cooking program that hopes to get one million American kids moving away from fast food and toward healthy meals with their families by 2017.

Candace Jordan began her career at age 13 in St. Louis, Missouri, as the youngest fashion coordinator in the history of major retailer Famous-Barr. At age 19, she became a Bunny at the St. Louis Playboy Club and was quickly promoted to the Chicago Playboy Club, the center of Playboy Enterprises. She was named Chicago’s 1976 Playboy Bunny of the Year and December 1979 Playmate. As one of Chicago’s top models in the late ‘70s and throughout the ‘80s, Ms. Jordan appeared on over 20 magazine covers, had a role in Risky Business with Tom Cruise and a billboard in Times Square.
