Join Madelaine Bullwinke as she teaches you the art of French cooking techniques. This class focuses on turning typical appetizer spreads, such as Aioli and Pistou, into the perfect sauces for entrees. The class is $70 for members of The Alliance Française de Chicago and $80 for non-members. There also is a small $15 fee for materials.
