Put your best face forward, according to that old beauty adage. How do time-challenged women manage to do just that? TCW asked four women on the go to share their beauty regimens.

“Maintaining moisture is my priority. In 1993, I lived in Los Angeles and went to a wonderful esthetician who introduced me to the Dr. R.A. Eckstein BioKosmetik skin care line. I’ve used the wash, toner, collagen supreme and eye cream for 20 years. My go-to makeup tool can be summed up in one word: MAC. I can’t live without Studio Fix. It’s makeup that doesn’t make me feel like I’m wearing makeup. It gives a nice, even cover. I also can’t live without MAC’s Haute & Naughty Lash mascara. The other staple in my arsenal is Kiehl’s lip balm. For facial treatments, I get microdermabrasion every six weeks. And, my face hasn’t seen the sun in 15 years – I’m the one at the pool/beach wearing a big hat.”

“My ultimate go-to makeup tools are my Shu Uemura lash curler and Dior’s Diorshow Mascara. I can’t live without my false individual lashes when I’m going for a more glamorous look. I’m also a huge fan of the Clarisonic brush and use it everyday with a very gentle cleanser made by SpaMed. Having healthy skin really is the core of my beauty regimen. I use Neutrogena moisturizer for my face, but splurge on my La Mer eye cream. I have dark circles under my eyes, so I make it a priority to ensure they’re pampered.”
“My favorite beauty tools are an eyelash curler, Lancôme mascara and false eyelashes for going out. I love Neutrogena makeup remover, Neutrogena One Step Gentle Cleanser and La Mer skin cream. Being a new mom, I have very little time these days for spas. One thing I won’t give up are my weekly massages by Sallie Mowles at Urban Oasis. It’s therapy and relaxation combined into one!”

“I’m a true fanatic about NARS for makeup, closely followed by Bobbi Brown. As a woman of color, I have three different skin shades on my face. The Foundation Sticks from Bobbi Brown are the perfect solution for solving that problem. NARS has some of the best eye and lip colors for darker skin, and I love how they last all day once applied. My skin is very dry, so moisturizing and exfoliating are key. A great trick I learned while living in Italy is the value of olive oil. I use it all over my skin as my primary moisturizer. It’s best applied when first getting out of the shower as skin pores are open. You should see my husband Charlie’s face when I use the really expensive olive oil from his kitchen stash on my skin! It’s a priceless look of ‘I just don’t get it.’”
