The seasonal menu at Pomegranate Bistro is Lisa Dupar’s expression of local fresh ingredients. The addition of the recently opened Pom Bar gives the folks in Redmond a reason to stay local, rather than cross the bridge into Seattle. There’s amazing comfort food on the menu and fabulous tasty baked goods to suite just about all tastes. We also walked away with the Diva on Redmond dining’s cookbook: 2011 IACp Award Winning “Fried Chicken and Champagne,” available on Jessica’s Biscuit and Amazon.
