Understand Your Brain (Part Two)

The movie Down the Rabbit Hole denotes that our frontal lobe, or cortex, allows us to change our minds (free will). Therefore, we can, if we choose, make free will choices to: a) choose what we know based on what we already know, or b) inspect possibilities that exist in the unknown. The ascertation is that quantum physics affects us at the lowest level, amplifying upward. This affects the DNA of your cells, creating a bridge to the brain or quantum mechanics. Your thoughts influence all neurons in concert throughout the entire brain. Our large frontal lobe “goes to sleep” as most of us find it easier to use the existing circuits (auto-programming), which in turn lock in or atrophy.

The frontal lobe, or cortex, is the altar of the brain. Here we can place and hold a thought and give permission to lower the volume as well as all the stimuli. It is at this moment of reflection or pervasive consciousness that we step into the quantum field and our mindset becomes fertilized with infinite possibilities. So whether it’s prayer, breath work, meditation or quiet observation, all of us have the capability of manifesting a different and if so committed, amazing outcome. The key is wakeful quiet at least 10 minutes per day set with intention and focus to manifest that which you desire.
